Ms. Namuswe Veronica is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Degree from Makerere University and a Diploma in legal Practice from Law Development Centre.

Veronica enrolled as Advocate in 2010 and was admitted to practice as such in the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto. She is also a duly appointed Commissioner for Oaths.
Veronica is a registered Member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.

She is currently a Senior Associate with the firm and her field of expertise includes Civil Litigation, other aspects of the law such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Business Law, Land Law, Family Law and Labour law. She has represented clients in courts of law in respect to the aforementioned aspects and has also been engaged in settling and mediating such matters.

She has further been engaged by several domestic and foreign clients in the areas of real estate acquisition, management and disposal of real property, general corporate law and regulatory compliance and has provided corporate secretarial services to private companies. Her involvement in all the above has acquainted her with more legal knowledge and practical experience.
