Nakyeyune Berna is a duly enrolled advocate of the High Court and all subordinate courts and an associate in the Firm. She completed her law degree from Makerere University in 2016 and completed the Post-graduate Bar Course at the Law Development Centre, in 2017 and was called to the bar in 2018.

Berna is one of the associates of the firm with a vast expertise in mainly family law and practice, human rights and advisory work on company registration and registration of births and death.

The major areas of her practice include family practice, Litigation in Land, civil litigation, Arbitration, Criminal and advisory services to our clients to ensure that they are in compliance with the law and routinely advises clients on registration of births and death and registration of companies.

Berna is a legal advisor on some company boards and international organizations where she has diligently served and thus earned the honor of a reliable advocate.
